Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card is required to hold the reservation, but it will not be charged at the time of booking.
Free Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Payment: The total amount of the stay will be charged 14 days prior to check-in. An email reminder will be sent before this charge is processed. Please note, the charge will appear on your statement as RoomRaccoon, our payment processing company.
Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel within 14 days of arrival, you may request that we relist your room. If the room is rebooked, we will refund 80% of the original booking price.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs will be accommodated when possible, but must be arranged ahead of time so that we can plan our cleaning schedule.
Smoking: Allowed only in designated outdoor smoking areas.
Pets: Pets are welcome in specific units with prior written approval. A pet fee applies to cover the use of an ozone generator and extra cleaning to ensure a fresh stay for our next guests.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure comfort for all guests.
We try to assign your requested suite, but décor themes cannot be guaranteed.
Ground-floor suites are prioritized for guests with mobility needs—please request at least one week in advance.
If reassignment is necessary, all amenities remain the same.
